Product details
Circular dichroism spectrometerCharacteristics: This modelCircular dichroism spectrometer(Circular Dichroism spectrometer)A classic circular dichroism spectrometer with a market position. Wavelength range: 163-1100nm Has high resolution and sensitivity. A light gate with computer or manual control can prevent the sample from decomposing under prolonged light exposure. Four channel data input. Equipped with a complete range of different attachments.
Four Channel Simultaneous Data Acquistion
Utilizable signal are CD, CD/DC, FDCD, ORDE, ORDM, LD, DC, UV(single beam), UV(double beam), flourescence, HT, Ext1, Ext2. Four signal(two from internal and another two from external device)can be acquired and processed. e.g.CD, Abs(HT), Fluorescence and pH.
Threee scanning Mode
continuous scan: Running average method offering high-speed measurement
step scan: fixed wavelength method offering accurate wavelength(pure wavelength)
auto respons scan: Based on step scan but th response will change according to change on HT. this will enable the homogenized S/N in the wavelength range when spectral collection.
Versatility for a wide range of application requirements:
Protein folding studies
Protein coformational studies
DNA/RNA inteactions
Enzyme kinetics
Organic stereochemistry studies
purity testing of opticallly active substances
Auantitative analysis of pharmaceuticals
Natural organic chmistry
Biochemistry and macromolecules
Metal complex chemistry
Polymer chemistry
Medical science
Agrochemistry
Physical chemistry
Rapid scanning(time resoved)experiments
This modelCircular dichroism spectrometer(Circular Dichroism spectrometer)The indicators are:
